Usage & License (Indie Project License)

This commission includes a non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license for use in one (1) specific interactive project.

This license is intended for independent projects developed by solo creators or small teams.

Permitted use:

• Games (commercial or non-commercial)

• Applications or interactive software

• Extended gameplay environments, systems, or persistent scenes

• Looping, layered, or adaptive playback within the licensed project

Not permitted under this license:

• Use in film, television, broadcast, trailers, or advertising assets

• Use in YouTube videos, streams, podcasts, or other linear media

• Studio-backed or publisher-funded projects

• Client-commissioned or work-for-hire projects for third parties

• Use across multiple projects (each project requires a separate license)

For linear media and promotional use, licensing of existing long-form works is available separately.

Restrictions

• The music may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, transferred, or distributed as standalone audio

• The music may not be released as a soundtrack, album, or compilation

• Publishing the music on streaming platforms or registering it with Content ID or similar automated rights systems is not permitted

Projects that exceed the scope of this license require an extended or studio license, available upon request.
